Ihren Namen hat sie von ihrem Duft nach Rosen, der zu Tage kommt, wenn der dicke Wurzelstock frisch geschnitten wird. Die kleine Pflanze enth\u00e4lt Vitalstoffe, die eine lindernde und heilende Wirkung bei M\u00fcdigkeit, depressiver Verstimmung und k\u00f6rperlicher Ersch\u00f6pfung haben. Die Rosenwurz wirkt als St\u00e4rkungsmittel und wird auch zur Steigerung der Fruchtbarkeit eingesetzt.<\/p>\n<p>Als Tee sollen die Bl\u00e4tter eine leicht berauschende Wirkung haben.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vorsicht!<\/strong> Rhodiola rosea ein sehr starkes Heilmittel ist, sollte die Einnahme \u00fcber einen l\u00e4ngeren Zeitraum von mehreren Wochen nicht ohne \u00e4rztliche Beobachtung erfolgen.
